I've been tentatively accepted to Part B of this clinical trial. I'm wondering if anyone out there has experience with the ARV-110 trial.

Thanks

Gary

Cancers with AR mutations AR T878A/S and/or H875Y had the best responses. This is a link to a recent report:

Yes, saw that ASCO publication. It's a limited, interim and somewhat aged (in this fast moving pace of information) report with not a lot of patients (173, I recall). I didn't have either of these mutations but did have P276T, however that wasn't covered by the ASCO document and, according to MO and Team representing Trial today (8/9/22) no further available information on Trial results.

Since I also qualified for Pluvicto, Lu-177/177Lu, I decided to receive Pluvicto. The ARV-110 team, confirmed that if chose Pluvicto, and was non-respondent, I remained qualified for ARV-110.

Thanks for your responses.

I wish you the best of luck. I had Lu 177 PSMA treatment in 2016 and it was successful.

Thanks, I'm positive.

An very early entrant into LU-177 club. Thank you for that, contributing to our knowledge base and to your success!

I'm following your recent posts.

I was on the trial at Weill Cornell. After 8 weeks I was dropped. No benefit for me.

Hi Gary, my brother did the ARV 110 trial and have a great beginning results. I’m going to cut and paste a post from two years ago. Unfortunately the great results did not last and he moved on to other treatments. However, The fact that he had such a great response two years ago and the trial is still going and adapting may be promising for you. Best of luck.

Hi all, I am posting as promised, to update how the ARV/110 trial is going for my brother. He started the trial two weeks ago with a PSA of 15 and rising rapidly. Today his PSA results came back at 2.1. We were extremely relieved and happy that he has responded so well this quickly. Scans will be done again in six weeks. He has one of the rare T878A gene mutations. I will post again as he goes along. Faith

Thanks for your response. That appears to be a good response for someone with that mutation. How long was he in the trial?

I'm sorry to hear about you brothers ultimate outcome, looks like he fought the battle well.
