Try xtandi at less than full dose. I take 2 pills and I can handle that dose...full dose made me a complete invalid..

I didn't even discuss with onc until after the fact. He said he didn't know it could do that to somebody and said I should go back on full dose. I told him that would never happen. I had discussed it with a pharmacist friend who had told me to just stop for 2 weeks and then start back up slowly. .

Also consider discussing Zytiga at lower dose with your Onc. Also consider combination of Zytiga with low-fat yogurt using a lower fraction than one full dose, where full dose = one 250mg tablet + 1/2 cup yogurt.

I just found out if you take 1 zytiga in the morning with a low fat meal its more affective than 4 everyday, and a lot cheaper

if your PSA is .01 you should be ecstatic, why are you worried? mine was 199. now its in the 20's and Im totally healthy.
