Thank you, Darryl!
Hi Darryl, Thanks for all of your great efforts to help promote CaP awareness and recovery,
DD
Excellent job can't imagine anyone doing better!!!
Same old advice. Lose weight, eat healthy, regular exercise, all are preventive measures for avoid heart disease, regardless of whether or not you have prostate cancer like I do. and no way am I spending time with another specialist. There are herbs and supplements one can take to support cardiovascular health. Hawthorne is one such herb. COq-10 is another. too many doctors getting rich from health problems of seniors. I have a wonderful woman oncologist who's fees are very reasonable, but so many of them are just fleecing us. How much expense and time do we really need to spend. Death is inevitable. We only live until we die.
I would add L-Taurine and L-Arginine as well as a Magnesium supplement.

I would agree with those two. Also, Magnesium is best absorbed when taken as a liquid supplement (though the taste is very bitter).
I take a soft-gel magnesium citrate supplement.
Heart health. Atrial fibrillation.
