Still short of breath

Hello ---- last chemo was 12/18/19 -- now on Xtanti --- PSA .7..

MO says I'm doing good - but still out of breath doing minor things.... Perhaps I should just be grateful for where I am, but wondering if others have the same experience as me.

Could xtandi be a possible cause --- obviously, my T levels are very low, but I do force myself to walk and get around as good as possible..

Thanks for any thoughts...

Ken

You can get a pocket size inexpensive fingertip pulse oximeter ( many on Amazon delivered in one day). Take it on your walks and see how much your O2 level is dropping when you are short of breath va at rest. The number is useful. You may need some screening PFTs (pulmonary function tests) to screen for asthma or reactive airway disease.

I have an Oxygen bubbler used to oxygenate water. I can’t really tell if it helps but I know it doesn’t hurt anything.

Fight on brother.🙏...dont confuse the oxygen bubbler with the oxygen destroyer that bubbles too....it did in Godzilla!
