Hello hermanos y amigos. In the past 5 months my PSA has been in a steady climb from .24 to .51. On ADT for almost 2 years. Should I be worried?

It may be time for some stronger hormone therapy - Zytiga or Xtandi, or some docetaxel.

Thank you TA. I have an appointment on the 4th of Noviembre. I'm not asking for much, but another 10 years would be nice. I'm 75 this coming Xmas eve.

Your doctor will probably order updated scans to find out what is going on, especially if you haven't had them recently.
