I saw a post from ConcernedCaliMom which she mentioned in passing that one of our members, her dear Dad who was 85 years old passed away in August. She never posted his passing but I thought it would be a tribute to his memory to acknowledge one more of our dear brother's passing. Thank you.

Thank you J-o-h-n, very much. I had been reluctant to post his passing here, I don’t know why.😢 I guess I didn’t want to pass any sad news while so many are fighting. My dad was a trooper, never complained and wasn’t in too terrible of pain. He also used cannabis for the last 3-4 years, which hospice told me helped with his bone Mets pain. He only had the hard pain killers (morphine) on his last 3 days of life, amazingly. Thank you all for the few years of wisdom I got here. I really found this group super helpful and grateful for that .

Thank you J-O-H-N! You are so very kind. It all happened so quickly, as his kidneys shut down in a matter of a few days. 😥 I appreciate your support and acknowledgement of my dad Dick. He lived a long, happy life with 2 kids, 2 grandkids and married to my mom for 50 years. He is very missed and loved💔
I'm getting the "thank yous" by mistake.... you have to click on the reply button to direct your thank you to the proper party. (but i'll take them anyway)....👍
So sorry to hear of a fellow warrior passing. Praying for God’s peace and comfort as his family’s grief turns to fond memories. Kind of you brother to ensure he is remembered.
