Few air fluids in bowel loop

I am a patient of adv prostate cancer. its been 18 months of chemo including every 3 months of luprolide injection, i have found abdomen pain and bloating problem. After diagnosis, there are few air fluids in bowel loop. What could be the reason? As i am following proper diet.

It may be diverticulitis or some obstruction. Are you seeing a gastroenterologist?

Air -fluid levels might be due to relative stasis. Consider a dietary change particularly if you are on the Standard American Diet (SAD). Something is not optimal and diet has a large influence on bowel findings. Air-fluid levels are seen in bowel obstruction (a possibility suggested by Tall_Allen) and are due to stasis in the bowel. Apparently, these are not extensive enough to suggest obstruction or a Radiologist would have suggested it. So, I would consider a dietary change.

Try eating fresh cooked beets...Great poops and it is good for the liver and overall good health.

You might start keeping a food/symptoms Diary to see if there are any correlations between what you eat, and what symptoms you notice soon afterward.
