Didn’t get dexamethasone until psa 9.2, Husband has been on albiterone 2 years. Maybe you don’t want to switch yet as you want as much mileage as you can get on the drug? Not a dr just a wife. Hope this helps somehow. God bless.

Started the dexamethasone at 9.2 six weeks later psa 4.8!

Mine has gone up .08 in 6 weeks. Now at .59. Congratulations and hope you see a further decline.

That's some good mileage I still get sore at 4.2 but I am sticking with it. I hope you get what you need from Kaiser.
