My husband just went to the hospital with a fever of 101 has anyone heard of Zytiga causing this? So petrified

Yes! My husband was on Zytiga this past April through mid-July. He had at least 2 episodes of fever while on it. He was tested for COVID during the first episode, with fever over 101, and was negative. There were about 2 other episodes with lower fever, over 99/100ish. Our oncologist said it was not associated with the Zytiga, however my husband always had a "feeling" that the Zytiga was causing it. He also experienced body aches, and his PSA continued to climb, so he is now off of the Zytiga and on a new treatment protocol of chemo/PARP as part of a research study. His fever episodes only lasted 1-2 days, so hopefully your husband's is short lived!

There was another woman’s husband who had a fever of 101 for a few days after starting Zytiga!!
