AZD4635 with Xtandi

I am getting ready to start a clinical trial with AZD4635 and Xtandi. Just checking to see if anyone has participated in this clinical trial. If so how it has gone or is going for them. Xtandi alone did not work for me so I am hopi g the combination of the two will. The LU177 worked very well but I am now 18 months out from my last treatment and PSA is on the rise with active cancer growth on some bone areas. Traveling out of the US is not an option at this time so giving this a try. Any info would be helpful. Thank you in advance.

There is some info here:

This seems to be immunotherapy treatment trying to control T cells inhibition by the cancer cells using AZD4635 and other drugs along with anti androgens and or chemo.

How is it going? Clinical trial with AZD4635, duravalumab and cabazitaxel has been suggested to me. Michael Goodman is the principal investigator.

I would say just okay. My PSA is now at 31 I am so far non symptomatic and blood work looks great. Will probably start looking at other trials since the LU177 has worked the best. Good luck.
