Latest PSA whilst on Abiraterone

So, only a drop to 4.1 this month with T under 3. Previous months : 4.2, 6. 6, 12.9

Been on Abiraterone since January 2020. Also on Lupron, Metformin, and Lipitor.

I'm a bit concerned that I'm already at a plateau with Abiraterone.

I believe that I read on HU that chemos now may get the action of Abiraterone to be more effective.

Mahalo for all the input.

Got my PCa mask to work on dental patients

Don't give up on Zytiga until PSA rises significantly and metastases increase in size and number.

Like a doubling in a month? Axumin scan last Summer showed a spot on the prostate

Thank you for the info💙

Hang in there Randy, the numbers do seem to show a downward trend 👌

My very best to you

I'm hoping you just have some noise in your PSA signal and next month will be a bigger drop.

How's your running been? I found Abiraterone to be a complete non-issue for me. Unfortunately carboplatin, etoposide, and atezolizumab hasn't been so kind to me.

Oh dang Brother :-(

Getting more sluggish, that 5k I did to replace the ZERO Long Beach was a slog.

Life goes on! "what a long strange trip it's been"

You're still moving, a lot! That's what's really important.

Yes, 1000mg 2x/day from my primary MD

Fight on, brother!

Just want to salute you brother for still giving to others during a pandemic while having APc.

My doctor told me he's had patients that had low PSAs on Zytiga for long periods of time, some for years. Hopefully you'll keep going down and ride it for a long time.

You are doing well!

It's not amount of the drop as long as your PSA is headed in the right direction. And your PSA might just hang around 4.1 for long time. Any small changes from there could be inflammation or irritation in the prostate bed.
