Dianosed with recurrent Prostate Cancer last May, 2019, had clear CT & Bone scans. But recent, Feb 2020, Axum PET Scan showed three lymph node spots of cobcern.
Biopsy last Fri, a story unto itself, and just today, four days later, had a personal call from my rad onco telling me that one spot is Cancer.
Very treatable with radiation - statistically high sucess rate. Covid madness might delay treatments but no worry.
Very good to hear all this as I would rather know than not know.

I was in pain (metastasis in a pelvis) and just one "shot" of salvage radiation and the pain was 80 % gone.
But what next?
I will be starting Zytiga ,Prednisone and I am still on Lupron.
I described it elsewhere.
Knowing is good. Lets count on Rt to knock it out again.. hang in there. Not knowing is worse .. let the drs do their stuff . Heal up well afterwards 🙏
Interesting that radiation is being sugggested since your primary treatment was radiation and ADT. The one thing I'd like to have if I was in your position is a PSMA-PET scan to see if the lymph nodes already identified are the only targets. Since the PSMA scan isn't yet Medicare approved - it will cost you.
I was discussing this yesterday with my med-onc, and he said it's now the first scan - and sometimes the only scan done - in Europe when PCa is suspected. He said it was less costly to do this one more sensitive and accurate scan since it eliminates about 3 other scans and sometimes even a biopsy.
He felt the FDA was close to approving it - but with Covad-19 dominating all the brains in medicine - who knows..
Question. How are you systemically killing the little bastards flowing through your vascular and lymphatic network? With a Gleason 9, there are most certainly present.
