Cisplatin-Vinblastine-Davarbazine chemo for Advanced Prostate Cancer

This is my next chemo regime. Has anyone experienced this combo for treatment? Was expecting to do a Clinical Trial for Keytruda and A PARP inhibitor but not enough tissue from my biopsy to confirm Genetic Mutation by drug manufacturer.

Get a second biopsy. They need to do a genetic analysis. Good luck!

They consider biopsy an elective surgery right now.

Elective or not necessary? Do they feel your prognosis is short?

Because of the Corona virus travel restrictions and how busy they are dealing with it in Houston, they would prefer to not bring me in and risk exposure. They already know there is a mutation, it has to be confirmed by the drug company for the Clinical Trial.

Some portion of my cancer has morphed to small cell carcinoma.
