In these uncertain times I know, I am not the lone ranger. But ?

I have been on xtandi for several months, PSA is creeping up from 0.08 to 0.4 as of 3 weeks ago. Zytiga previously failed after 16 mos, rad prostectomy 2016 and radiation 37 sessions. Currently on zometa infusions every 3 months and lupron on same day. Next round April 13th. I have a pet auxium scan to see is I have additional Mets. L3 blasted 3 .months ago. No others detected at that time, March 27th next scan scheduled. My question is given the current horrific national climate should I consider docetaxal or clinical trials, immuotherapy. That's if there are health care professionals available. I understand we are in the beginning of a prolonged national crisis and some questions are difficult to answer. I just wonder if chemo for those of you who have experienced it would be like walking into the belly of the beast given the vulnerability of a lessened immune system already after almost 4 years of treatments . My fear is when zytiga failed some months back the PSA incrementally shot up and then the L3 tumor was discovered . I have never felt more vulnerable, as many of us at this time although I am trying to control some of the process with my oncologist who is overwhelmed like the rest of us. My job ended last week, and I still care for my wife who is disabled. Just wanna get some ideas of how to at least get some clarity on this front. Thanks to all.

Pues,Costarica1961 . You the Lone Ranger me Tonto! Kimosabe, I too and all of us feel the same vulnerability right now. What will tomorrow bring us? I’ve had over five years treatments this month.. i go in for pills and testing in May . But what will may look like? We don’t know. im sorry about that L-3 . Lets just get thru this dam time of testing brother. Love your family and yourself . If we didn’t know before that we are not in control of anything? We know now. Most of us are in a similar fog amigo.. Love life even with distress . Love those with us. Let’s be glad that we are not in chemo or rt right now . Not waiting surgery ..the blood supply is low, many may perish due to that alone. Easy for me to say , but your psa is still undetectable . I know it s alarming any rise . But it’s still low . Hang tuff Hombre !🤙🏽😎
