Winter City views 5k in DC

Hey gang,

Did a 5k along the Potomac and was 28 degrees at the start!

Did a 36 min(11:41/mile) and with T at 3 - I'm cool with that 😊

PSA went up to 12.9 despite Abiraterone, prev MO said see in 2 or 3 months and then maybe chemo - wanted chemo, but Kaiser MO said not indicated

I'm a nominee for a #boldforblue impact award and it'll live stream at 7:30 EST tonight

Did you see Washington crossing the Delaware? Last time I saw the Potomac I was 5. I can Still remember the capital

Hey Randy, way to fight through the cold, that will make your epidermis thicker ... know what you mean, I've been there on Haines Point along the Potomac running races into a headwind at 20 degrees toward the finish line... in the '86 Marine Corp marathon they were handing out space blankets in similar brutal cold. Keep running, cheers!
