now i took a PSA test on 18/02/2020

My PSA now is 0.16 µg/L / I hope the best for you /

Why did you stop bicalutamide? If it is still working why not continue taking it?

Magnus the bicalutamide was the recommendation from the Onkology dr. in Germany to stop taking to see if the treatment were successful.Any way we will struggle for our life to the end.

I got the recommendation not to do ADT twice because the ROs wanted to see how their treatment worked. I had to learn that it is your problem if the result is that the treatment does not work all that well.

Anyway, in your case you can observe for a while.

I think if you have a PSA value of 0.16 you can just stop Bicalutamide and observe. You can start again if the PSA value gets above 2.0 or 4.0. Whatever, it will reduce the PSA value again.
