Great scans in January, no disease progression or lesions, old lesions healed, psa is stabilized around 3.7. should I consider casodex , feel good, still working part time. Last visit he was waiting for the psa to stabilize. I guess I do not want it to come back, a fear we all have. Other thing should I push for the extra meds just to lower psa or go with the flow, been on 3 month lupron shot since February 2018.

Seeing as you haven't been able to get to 'undetectable' in terms of your nadir, it appears that you have reached a 'stable' number, at least for now.
As T_A mentioned, you are probably looking at another phase of treatment that goes beyond the initial SOC that you've already experienced.
I recall meeting or reading about people with much higher PSA numbers than yours that functioned well without any additional medical intervention.
Having said that, I suspect those individuals were not a-typical, so guidance from your medical team is the best approach. There is something that looks unresolved.
