Less fatigue

I wanted to share the following but know that I am only sharing not endorsing Dukoral.

Since September I have experienced severe fatigue. During the first week of November I took my first dose of Dukoral a Cholera vaccine. Two weeks later I took the second dose. Nothing changed my fatigue continued and I was miserable through Christmas. Then all of a sudden my fatigue began to subside and my shortness of breath went with it. Why? I don't know but the only thing different was the Dukoral ingestion.

Again I am only sharing a positive event for me and can only point to what was different.

I don't think it was a placebo effect of wishful thinking since it took 30 days to begin.

I was wandering if anyone else had experienced something similar ?

I experienced zero SEs from Dukoral as has been the case of several reporting here. It’s quite possible that Dukoral improved your gut biome and fixed something going on there.

Hi Drphil, glad to hear Dukoral may be working for you. Has it had an affect on your PSA?

My psa dropped from .9 to .6, I get a new test in 3 weeks

That’s a big percentage change! 33%!!! Good for you! Please let us know what your PSA is in 3 weeks if you don’t mind sharing.

I had NO side effects from VaxChora(live attenuated cholera vaccine) My lymphocyte count doubled in 15 days and NLR came down to 1.2.....clear sign of enhanced icell mediated immunity..I guess.

I took my first dose Dec 23 and the second 2 weeks later. Too early to notice any changes. Like a lot of people my age(67), I have several health problems (diabetes high blood pressure) and my general practitioner recently changed up my medications so it will be hard to say what the cause of any change in my health was caused by. I have had no noticible illeffects from Dukoral.

My experience: PSA was <0.05 from Mar - Sept '19; Oct: 0.09, Nov: 0.14 ng/mL. Took the Dukoral one week after the November test. Four weeks later, December PSA: 0.10, January PSA: 0.09. I'm not going to claim that the Dukoral had any direct effect since those fluctuations are so minor that they are insignificant. But, it seems that PSA has maybe stabilized. I did not have RP so my prostate is likely coming back to life so I expect to see some PSA with each test. My T two month after I stopped ADT was 476 so it bounced back real quick. I did not have alot of fatigue on ADT so I haven't noticed any change there since Dukoral in November (67yoa).

Where did you get this? Thanks

I purchased mine over the counter in Windsor, Canada. Since , I live in Missouri a friend of mine in Detroit went across the border and made the over the counter purchase of Dukoral at a cost of $94, he paid a $10 tariff. Since it needs to be kept refrigerated he packed it with a refrigerated frozen ice pack and overnighted it to me. Cost of shipping was around $77.

This was the only way for me to get it since the pharmacy would not ship. I tried several, so the other alternative was to drive myself. Thank God for good friends.

If you read Learnall response above he got a prescription from his doctor for another brand that is sold in the states. It is different in the fact that it is a live vaccine. Will results be different, I don't know. I stayed with Dukoral because that is what the Swedish study used. Good luck!🍸🍸🤠

Go for it, I talked to my MO before taking it. He said that he had no objection to taking it. He was impressed by the study. His reply to me was. "It wont hurt to take it, the worst thing is that you will end up vaccinated for cholera."🍸🍸🤠
