I just took my first dose of Dukoral. I will wait a week to take the second dose.
A friend of mine who lives outside of Detroit Michigan went over to Windsor and made the purchase and had no problem crossing the border with it. He declared it as an over the counter diarrhea med. The agent laughed and said it must be good stuff when he told her the price.
The cost was $95 US for a double dose package, a $10 tariff at the border and a $77 overnight UPS fee. Total $182.
I am taking this with my MO's blessing. As he said: "it won't hurt to take it and if it helps extend life expectancy I say go for it."
I wanted to share this with any who are wondering about getting it into the states. I found that getting it shipped was impossible so I called my friend who was happy to do it for me. He told me UPS questioned him about the contents and when he assured them it was over the counter they accepted the shipment. He placed a small freezer bag like you use for a cooler and it arrived still nice and cold.
Good luck to all and here's to each of you.🍸🍸🤠
PS: Taste is not bad, about like alka seltzer.

I asked our GP here in the UK for it, told him that we are going to India for 3 wks ( which we are )and going off the beaten track, and to my surprise he authorizes it for my husband, and we got it on the NHS free of charge.
You can buy it from Superdrug for about £50.00 if you cant get a prescription for it. Taken one doze on Monday, no side effects, so see what happens in Dec when he has his PSA results ! Hope it works in lowering his PSA numbers .
I am looking at the fact sheet that came with the Dukoral and it says: "oral inactivated cholera and ETEC diarrhea vaccine. " This is the one and only.
Vaccination with Dukoral gives protection för cholera for max 2 years, then you need a new booster dose for continued protection. Maybe you should plan for a booster dose every second year also when taken for PCa? What's the opinon on this board from those who have researched the drug ?
