Hi Nal ... would you share a little your extensive wisdom please ? Insert standard medical disclImer ... no medical practice stuff happening here etc

When Whimpy put up his wall of shame , I admit I expanded his photo and made some notes / orders. I’m already using the turmeric curcumin supplement mentioned here a lot and the BroccoMax one and a bunch of others. I think I want to add green tea and pomegranate to my pile based on those recent studies I’ve seen on the web recommending them for PCa guys. ( the new famous 4 ) What are your thoughts about those two, and if you use those or not and what might you buy for yourself if you where shopping.

Hope this isn’t inappropriate or something , I’d surely appreciate your input, thanks.

Yayahahaha well that’ll make you cross eyed yayahahahaya thank you for the great answer I really appreciate it. I saw these articles from medical news today and MD Anderson ( maybe together where the tested a bunch of supplements and only found, turmeric, pomegranate, Green tea and Broccoli to have any value statistically. And the stats were fairly impressive ( what do I know ) those retarded the regrowth of PCa .... and those are really big sellers on Amazon too ... but then I noticed the article was 2013 ... in our PCa world that seems like long ago.

Once again thank you for answering my questions. 👍👍👍

Referring to the study TA linked on his site about statins producing lower PSAs, thus creating the inference that cancer is less aggressive than it really is, and also reducing the amount of time before biochemical recurrence - there's no explanation of HOW statins can reduce PSA. Does anybody know? And how long before my next PSA test should I stop taking statins in order to get a more accurate reading? This is a between-a-rock-and-a-hard-place situation for me.

Where can I find the statins and PSA study? I take statins and I am concerned. Thank you

Hey Nalakrats!

I percolate my organic coffee in spring water. It supposedly releases more of coffee's benefits.

I agree on the use of Curcumin, how much doo you take? I buy organic and capsule it myself. I think around 2,000 daily.

A hydro-soluble supplement form of turmeric is another that absorbs well.

No I am taking Organic Curcumin and putting that in the capsules .As I understand, there is little curcumin in Turmeric. Have been doing this for several month, seems ok.

I do not. I get it at PCC a mostly all organic store and it is sold as organic. I will check the next time I am there and see if I can get some additional information...good point
