This topic came up previously. I remember back in May 2019 Tall Allen recommended stopping the supplements a few days before having bloodwork done to keep them from affecting the results.

I take 1000 mg daily but stop 72 hours in advance. Is this enough ?

That’s what I remember TA said. I usually stop 96 hours before just to be safer.
