I had PSA test on 23rd Dec and the readings are 3.36 jumping from 0.58 in last 3months. I was taking zytiga along with predinisone. Zytiga has worked only 6 months. I am worried now having finished chemo initially. Diagonised in Nov 2016 and PSA was 24. Need some suggestion from experts what medicine should I take now and what is the best way to take a decision. Yet to meet the doctor. I am going to have my PSMA PET scan on 25th Dec. Praying god that every thing should be fine.

There is a research study which concludes that Zytiga starts working again if you stop prednisone and start Dexamethasone. Sadly, the effect is likely to last only a few months more.
I experienced a similar result from Zytiga/Prednisone. It failed me after 6 months. I had genetic testing which showed I am BRCA2+. As a result of precision medicine I was told I should start on a PARP inhibitor - Olaparib. Have been on it for 11 months and my PSA has been undetectable for the last 10.
