I've read Nubeqa has an advantage when it comes to resistance due to AR mutations.

Have you done a circulating tumor cell test or molecular testing on a tissue sample? That might help direct your future treatments.

I have not done a circulating tumor test but will bring it up with my onco.

That’s unknown. How would you obtain Nubeqa? If you can get it, let us know if it works after Xtandi.

Dr. Lam is putting me on this. I will definitely let you know how it works. Should be starting this in the next couple of weeks.

Lam is part of Prostate oncology specialists. I go there too. They are awesome. I can assure you that he would not be putting you on this med without a reasonable expectation of it helping. They have some 2500 PC patients there. I’d ask him how often his office has tried it in similar situations and what kind of success they’ve had.
