And other supplements that may induce or inhibit cytochrome P450 enzymes, and thereby alter the efficacy of other prostate cancer medicines.
(2) What alterations in those enzymes may be expected among those taking antihelmintics (fenbendazole, mebendazole, suramin, etc.) off-label for prostate cancer, and what adjustments in other medications should be made accordingly?
If I knew a whole lot more I would make the same request.
How often do they wash their hands? Purell?

That’s a very interesting question. I don’t believe they wear gloves while mixing drugs or filling bottles
In my 30+ years as a pharmacist only pharmacies that had sterile prep rooms and some compounding pharmacies were gloved up. Never in a retail situation other than when giving vaccinations. I can't speak for inpatient hospital settings. Manufacturers follow strict cleanliness rules so I would assume that employees are gloved when necessary.
History:
In the old old days when there were soda fountains in drug stores.... the saying to the druggist behind the counter, was: "wash your hands and get me a cheese sandwich and a coke".....
