While on ADT and PSA 0.008, can the cancer spread to the pelvic bone ie sacral ala?

Pain in right hip and rib
Bone mets are still not confirmed by this report. He needs to have Serum Alkaline phosphatage level and serum Calcium level checked . If both of these blood tests show
abnormally increased levels...the possibility of bone mets go up significantly. These are simple blood tests but good indicators of bone osteoblastic activity which is increased when bone mets are there and growing.
Generally, with a PSA level that low, I will not accept bone mets unless clearly proven.
Sorry - I can't read sideways. Does he have a low PSA type of PC? Is it bone destruction or overgrowth?
The sacral ala is not the right hip nor a rib. The MRI did not check the ribs for metastases at all. This report does not explain the pain in the right hip and rib.
Bubbles on bottom of feet sound like neuropathy....

Report said to do a bone biopsy to confirm cancer on the right sacral ala. If I were you, I would follow that advice in the MRI report, but also do a bone density test to make sure you are not getting osteoporosis fractures which can sometimes be mis-interpolated as cancer, and a bone scan to check for bone fractures. Add this to the above suggestions LearnAll.
I had a rising PSA and scan reports that said my hot spots on my ribs were possibly cancer, but I knew better. I had osteoporosis with fractures, and I remembered they were old fractures that happened over the past 5 years. I radiated the spot on my sacrum that was for sure cancer, but told them do NOT radiate any ribs. My PSA dropped back to zero.
Thank you so much.
