After 2 months on Casodex urine flow and frequency greatly improved. RO ordered 3 month Eligard injection Stopped Casodex 2 weeks after injection. Now I’m experiencing increased frequency with a decreased urine flow.
Would appreciate comments on why the change after stopping Casodex.
Also would a PSA test at this time reveal anything?

First eligard shots can be complicating...I relapsed with debilitating hip and weakness in legs....it passed in a couple weeks....now sleeping up to 8 hours nightly without bathroom call....if you're metastatic look into abirateron....big time life extender and QOL booster. You should have your PSA tested routinely.....and don't be surprised by huge drops.
It takes a little while for the Eligard to kick in. Too soon for PSA or T - they will go up before they go down, and will tell you nothing. You are not castration resistant.
Thanks T.A. Appreciate your comments. Will try to be patient, patient, patient. But it’s difficult. I don’t want to go backwards when I’m just getting started on treatments.
