I am stage 4 PC from last 33 months. Underwent chemo and continued ADT with bicultamide for two years plus. As PSA started rising from 0.10 to 0.22 in three months, my MO changed to abiriterone from last 3 months. But my PSA is moving upwards to 0.64. MO wants to continue ADT and abiriterone for another 3 months and in case if psa is still going up, then he wants me to undergo pet scan and based on the outcome he is planning to change to new treatment.
I am really worried what next? Is there any better options which can bring down my psa. Need advise . My last pet scan has shown that tracer avidity is noted in the sclerotic lesion in manubrium sternum with SUV 7.4.

If you only had the one bone met, prostate radiation may be helpful. You also seem to qualify for Provenge, Xofigo, and Jevtana. Estrogen patches may work even after other hormone therapies have failed.
Consider entering the VISION trial or one of the several other radiopharmaceutical trials.
