Btw, went to the Long Beach Crawfish Festival on Sunday with my wife. Son/wife/granddaughters live in Lafayette, LA , that's where I first had fresh crawfish. These were so good, but since I'm back on ADT(Lupron/Casodex) that may have made me pour sweat more than last year off ADT.

Binding sites for two AR coregulators p300 and Brd4 reside near the HULLK transcriptional start site (TSS), and inhibitors of these coregulators downregulated HULLK.

There are BRD4 inhibitors in clinical trials now--ZEN3694 is specifically for prostate cancer and in a combo trial with enzalutamide.... watching this one, and a few others... there is a dual inhibitor of BRD4 and p300 in process--NEO2734:

They have drugs in phase 2 now for this and we may yet see chronic disease status within 5 years...Praying for it...Fight on, brother...
