My urologist mentioned this today when I told him I was leaking six years after RP. He’s getting this “ chair”. See:

I am sitting here with a Tens unit probe in my anus. 10 sec off 6sec on, rest 10 sec. Like Labels but better. OR had me use it just after RP. Started leaking again after 2yrs. Leaking slowed as soon as I started using it again.

I heard about this chair recently. Àm considering soon since I want to start SRT soon and i want to be better incontinence wise. Are you going to do it. Do you know of any success stories?

Besides the cost i figure i have nothing to lose.

I’m not sure I need it as leaking is off and on ( now off) . My urologist ordered one so he must think it works. Try googling it for reviews.
