My results today are PSA-1.6, T- 13. What are the numbers that tell you you are castration resistant?

Assuming you are on Lupron or a similar drug, like TA said, if your PSA starts a steady rise..

On 3/25 PSA was 3.9, T-295, on 5/28 PSA 1.6, T-13.

So is this a rise or a decline?

I am on Lupron shot only- many hot flashes

I do have some swelling in the legs from the inguinal nodes being affected.

Otherwise I have no complaints, at least from cancer. I have Narcolepsy and Trigeminal Neuralgia. Earthpulse lets me have good sleep and Carbamazepine keeps the TN under control. I also have tinnitus and I fart a lot.

It's a decline in both numbers. Your testosterone fell from a normal value of 295 to castrate level of 13. Your PSA has fallen almost 60%, from 3.9 to 1.6, that's a good response. Definitely not evidence of being castration resistant.

Good luck!

If you are on one ADT drug and your PSA rises you have become castrate resistant to that drug. It's time to move to another ADT drug.
