Advice for Lupron & casodex

Friend Dx with numerous bone Mets -PSA 11 & stage 4 after recurring PC following 33 radiation treatments. 6 years ago. Pain in both hips. MO prescribed Lupron & casodex only. Lost my husband feb 2018 & can not be believe this SOC for our friend is best treatment. Advice please🙏🏻

Our MO just said Firmagon was quicker and better for mets, especially if he's having pain.

He falls into the crack between newly diagnosed and castration resistance. The other therapies like Zytiga, Xtandi, Taxotere, Xofigo and Provenge are not approved for patients who are recurrent but hormone sensitive.

He could radiate them with SBRT as I’ve done along with ADT.
