In Australia there is a trial comparing Lu177 therapy versus Cabazitaxel. Here are two slides about this trial. I post this, because the mentioned clinics will probably offer the treatment also outside of this trial and have a PSMA PET/CT available for diagnostics.

Thanks for posting this! I love Australia...making our 5th trip there this fall. When the time comes I'll stay in Australia if I can't get treated in the USA.
