Thank you for your reply. I must however, respectfully disagree. Have you watched all the eastern medicine episodes? Have you used any traditional Chinese medicine‘s? Do you believe in the power of prayer? Please understand I’m not arguing with you I am just respectfully disagree with you or your point. I wish you long life
China has one of the worst healthcare systems in the world. They do not put any money into their healthcare system and doctors routinely see up to 100 patients a day. Many doctors are murdered in revenge killings. People are seen as a cog in the machine to constant increased economic output. You can just search how terrible their healthcare system is.
Since India and China both have a very unequal healthcare system in which tens of millions go without care, people then look towards alternate methods which have no scientific basis or grip on reality.
Prayer can help for mental health and feeling peace with oneself, but prayer is not a treatment approach for metastatic prostate cancer. They did a few studies into if prayer works on the outcome of any disease states, and it all came up no difference.

I did the same, nothing worked to stop the rise of PSA and now, I am on my path to ADT.
Men with prostate cancer should avoid treatment with hyperthermia. A member on another site had hyperthermia. Hyperthermia uses a metal rod inserted in the penis and beyond to heat the tissue in that area by magnets. This is done for a prescribed number of days. He has recurrence. His doctors feel that the heat has damaged his urethra limiting the treatment options he now has. When I saw his initial post several years ago I was considering hyperthermia. I'm thankful he posted. He kept in touch with several other men who had hyperthermia. All but one had recurrence.
Wormwood! Have you heard of Artesunate? Artesunate is the derived from the wormwood tree. It is the active ingredient which was shown in lab tests to be effective against cancer. Artesunate in a liquid can be administered by intravenous drip. I don't believe it had very good results. It was one of the newest, latest, greatest that --fizzled?
I will stand by the fact that diet and supplements can either control, or slow cancer's progression. As for healing or killing cancer, diet and supplements may do so in rare cases. If it worked for everyone or many of those who go on a diet and supplement regimen organic foods, vegan lifestyles and supplement stores would be more common.

Love your reply. I shall also avoid anything that involves a metal rod inserted in my penis.

Not exactly sure what you mean sir, but I'm sure I should be blushing.

Buyer beware. Sorry, my quack shields are up. Don't bet your life on this guy.
It is a bunch of stuff that may or may not work. Do you want to chance it? I tried many things that they talk about but it did not cure me and so I had my eyes opened . It is like playing Russian Roulette. Go ahead and play if you want.

I watched the documentary from two years ago. I found parts of it excellent and, like you say, an eye-opener. I just wished they would give more credit to the conventional medicine because it isn't all bad; in fact, in many cases it is a life savor or at least helps to prolong life. So this one I am not watching...
Yes, that's exactly ma point. I think, while it is good to highlight the possible benefits of adding complementary therapies to an existing treatment with scientifically proven therapies, it is dangerous to tell people that they should choose complementary instead and to give the pharma industry such a bad reputation. There is good and bad in everything. People have to be able to make their own choices without being pushed in either one or the other direction.
