No way Iwould I put my faith in Bollinger...But I don't put my faith in the Med/Pharma Industry either..they killed far more people than Bollinger with trans fat, low fat/high carb/ and high fructose corn syrup..America is fatter, sicker, has more diabetes and cancer than ever

I try to question everything because so many dietary truths, for example, have no basis. But I don't come at it with the paranoia of a Bollinger (I hope).

Here is someone I absolutely admire: Nina Teicholz. She spent 10 years on this book. Read all of the scientific papers (it shows). Interviewed the surviving players. & lays out exactly went wrong over the past fifty years. & she writes well.

The point is Bollinger is probably 70% right...the last 2 years the establishment has been vilifying Atkins also....when you look at the facts, who has done more harm to the American public Ancel Keys or Ty Bollinger

Ty B? It's guys like him that undermine the value of the internet. How many people with a new cancer diagnosis went Googling today & found out that all they needed to do was give up sugar, etc?

Ty is openly giving medical advice without a license. Where is the FDA?

America may be fatter and sicker than in the recent past. I don't want to blame the manufacturers of the food we consume, but whom else to lay blame? When I had changed my diet for high cholesterol, I began looking into what I was eating, and how it's made.

Take for instance, white sandwich bread. To call it bread is an insult to the yeast in it. Do you notice it has no flavor or a real smell of bread. That's because it's not made like bread. Last I read, we as a country, import some 400 million pounds of gluten. This is what bakers use to make white bread faster. It eliminates a rising step. And, this is why people have gluten intolerance, there'a just too much of it in commercially baked products. Just one instance.

Gus, that's not Pharma -- that's the food - industrial complex. Sky high sugar content and all the rest. And why the need to put coloring dyes in everything? My B12 supplement even has dye -- makes me look like I am wearing lipstick after I slam the sublingual pill. My big problem with Pharma is the usurious pricing.

I had enough about halfway through the first read. When he quotes, "Anything from nature is excluded." That is THE most stupid comment any one can make. Where does this guy think drugs come from?

I read about that berry..it also cures ED caused by a RP..you crush the berry...mix it in pig manure and rub it on your little friend...within minutes you experience a massive erection..the only problem is finding a girl to jump who can get past the terrible smell
