Ive been on zytiga, lupron since a year now
The lowest ive been is 0.8 then stayed 0.1 for 4 months
Now my psa is 0.15
Am i castrate resistance or is it ok to have a slight increase

I do not want to mention the exact definition of castrate resistance, but the PSA value has to be above 2.0 ng/ml for that.
I would say it is too soon. Your numbers are still very good.
Watch the velocity of the increase. The PSA can bounce around slightly after each ADT shot. If the velocity gets “steeper” then it’s time to discuss the next step.
That's a very small change in PSA for someone that has advanced PCa. Also keep in mind that PSA is only one indication. How you feel, whether there are any new symptoms such as pain, other blood tests such Alkaline Phosphatase and imaging results are all factors that should be used to determine whether a treatment is no longer working. My doctor told me that we are not treating the PSA, we are treating the cancer.
