How the hell does a tiny piece of glass differentiate between a cancer cell and a normal cell? My immune system certainly cant tell the difference.

Somehow they make them seek out psma, I guess it's by fusing a PSMA ligand to the molecules, like they do for GA-68 and LU-177. They're doing it at MT Sinai also.

What I don't understand is how they get the nano-particles into the PCa cells. They MUST have a PSMA ligand added. Wonder why this was incorrectly reported? I'll dig in a bit more.

Seems that they inject the particles into tumors seen under MRI/US. Then heat them via laser excitation. Only for localised PCa and low or intermediate risk cases.
