I suspect this will have a lot of false positive findings.
As I share, (perhaps too often), back in January 2018 I traveled to Radboud UMC, from US, for combined Ga68 and nanoMRI. Did that after my unsuccessful salvage RT to prostate bed, at usPSA 0.11. Five suspicious lymph nodes identified by nanoMRI. The Ga68 was 'clear'. Six of thirty one nodes removed by salvage extended pelvic lymph node surgery with frozen section pathology method were confirmed cancerous. Had the ePLND procedure at OLV Hospital, Aalst, Belgium. My post ePLND nadir was <0.010. I could not get the Ga68, nanoMRI nor ePLND in US at that time. Yes, hopefully soon procedures available to all men, everywhere.
