Any reason not to take all of the above at the same time, away from food?

(MCP is modified citrus pectin)

If you feel it's doing something for you and it doesn't make you sick, go for it..Are you on any other medically prescribed treatments ?

Only a minimum blood pressure med--amlodipine 2.5 mg. I am asking not as to the suitability of the combination, just the timing.

Similarly, understand MCP works synergistically with honokiol (magnolia bark) and interested BUT warned not to eat grapefruit with Xtandi (and antistatins) and therefore wondered if MCP might be a risky choice - the labels don't tell you what sort of citrus is sourced in MCP manufacture.

What are you actual supplements and therapy, seems very interesting!

I have been taking everything you listed except the Nattokinase. I take the MCP (3 scoops per day before meals) on alternating days and the IP6 with Inositol in it (9 scoops per day). The beta-glucans (1 capsule/50-lbs of body weight) each night before bedtime.

So, you are alternating days for the IP6 which works on the PCa cells and reverses damage and reducing tumor size if you have them. The MCP will deal with the PCa bone mets. The beta-glucan (500MG BETA-1, 3D GLUCAN BY TRANSFER POINT) will build up your immune system and reduce inflammation. Beta glucans contain immunomodulating properties that increase t-cell production and, enhance macrophages and natural killer cell functionality by activating complement systems to increase immune defense and health. I take the Beta Glucan each night. No problem sleeping for me. I figure my body is repairing while sleeping. So, I might as well give it all the help possible to kill off as many PCa stem cells floating around my body.

I'm a Gleason-8 (4+4), Stage-4 with 5-Bone Mets and <0.1 PSA at this point in time on Lupron/Casodex in my first year (9-months) of treatment.

Thanks to all, I will take this as a thumbs up to take these supplements simultaneously.

I would not mix beta glucan with the others (I don't understand nattokinase so I can not speak to that). Here is a discussion of the Peyer's Patch (small intestines). Provide Beta Glucan with unhindered access to the Peyer's Patch.

See Dr. Vetvicka's discussion of absorption in his "Beta Glucan: Nature's Secret" 3rd Edition. I always take it on an empty stomach (2 hours no food).

MCP and IP6/inositol should work. Take it on an empty stomach with water only. No protein, like milk.

I will read, and in the meantime will take the Bela-Glucans away from everything else, thanks.

Always tell your doctor what you are taking.
