Apologies for delay in introduction. I am the best buddy of a cancer survivor. Gleason score left was 8 and right was 9. Spread to seminal vesicles and bladder but nowhere else noted on PSMA pet scan or MRI. Urologist said "he could not operate with guaranteed success or curative result??" We opted for ERBT, Bicalutamide trial and ADT every 3 months inserted under his stomach skin. His PSA at diagnosis was 14. He has been 0.02 for the past 6 months since radiation finished in May 2018. He is very fit, eats well, has a bit of fluid retention in his ankles, he's a bit bitchy. We travel 6-8 months a year and we won't give travel up unless he goes downhill quickly. Wishing all the joys of the festive season. 🎅🌼💚

We were told for water retention the best thing to do is to walk in pool every day when possible . Hope this helps.

They do Lu-177 a new type of radiation treatment in Australia..Might be worth looking into..
