Is anyone aware of trials that are showing promise?

Promising clinical trials
Trials that are recruiting do not release interim data.
No matter what phase they are in?
They aren't allowed to because it might affect the results. They won't move onto a phase 3 trial if the phase 2 trial did not meet its efficacy goal. So all phase 3 trials are "promising."
Tall_Allen- do you know what phase Lu-177 trials in Omaha are in?
The STAMPEDE trial arm G, Abiraterone, Prednisone and Lupron/Zoladex at dx is proving highly effective. I speak from experience👍.
If there is something that looks interesting you can search this website using the "Search HealthUnlocked) field at the top right of the screen. Some useful search terms might be:
"177" -> gets 209 hits, mostly about Lu-177.
"apalutamide" -> gets 37 hits, "Erleada" a brand name for the same drug, gets 12, a few of them may not be in the "apalutamide" results list.
"darolutamide" -> gets 14 hits.
These are not scientific reports and not all of them say anything about the search term. Some are queries asking for info or are references to the search term that occur in the body of a posting on a different subject, but it's something and can give you an idea of what others are thinking and, in some cases, what they've experienced first hand with the investigational treatments.
Best of luck.
