My favorite place where I walk Friday,Saturday and Sunday 2 hours every day! Also clears my mind! My PSA is <0.1 Im happy about that! If you walk you wont get tired and dont ever that forget! And never give up the fight! I had a Radical Prostatectomy,Radiation Therapy, Chemotherapy and the worst thing I hated was Hormonal Therapy which I am on now! I was diagnosed in January ,7 2005 and I was operated on February 28,2005!

I love walking as well, now it is beautiful up here in Canada with the autumn colors and the cool weather. Thanks for the inspiration.

Not in my area but yes around Calgary. Edmonton had to send 30 snowplows down to help out! Where is global warming when you need it?

Just started ADT 1 month ago. Walking definitely helps build endorphins, which is a brain chemical that helps you feel better. I have read that exercise helps tolerating most other cancer treatments as well. 11 years after RPS and Salvage Radiation. PSA of 4.75 at start of ADT. Thanks everyone for providing information. So many moving parts !
