Latest on Barley extract

got a relative trying to sell me a Nikken Barley extract that will cure my advanced PC.. didn't want to appear "mean" to them so I went looking and couldn't find much. I would assume it's like most herbal cures.. not much evidence to prove or disprove. Ed

Barley water contains lots of soluble fiber, so it should help with regularity.

The research on barley is pretty thin. I wouldn't spend much time or money on this supplement.

Beer really works. I’ve been drinking it twice a week and it’s stopped my cancer advancing. Fact. It’s definitly not the Zoladex, Zytiga and Prednisone I’ve been taking.

It cures thirst too! Side effects can make you overtired and emotional though.🤪

well I have already tried Beer so I know that is BS.. however I still keep trying it..
