70, male, 6', 230# initially diagnosed 2012, watchful, waiting until 2012, prostatectomy 2012, radiation of margin shortly after, recurrence detected May 2018, have lesion in the prostate space - 2 centimeters, clean bone scan, cannot be surgically or radiated because it is wedged between my bladder and my colon, am on casodex, 50 mg daily for 6 days and am considering adding Lupron

Can it be ablated using cryotherapy, HIFU, FLA, or similar?

No to cryotherapy according to my urologist. I I am not familiar with HIFA or FLA

You have to talk to doctors who do those therapies. Your urologist won't know.
