Got hubby home after sepcis they said his alkaline phosphate levels have come down even though his PSA levels have gone up in the 3 cycles of chemo from 30 to 45 so not going to do scans yet is this good news ?

Yes, that is good news perhaps. However, I would still ask forr the scan rather sooner than later. My husband and I didn't ask for a scan for a long time and too late as it turns out. So push the scan I would suggest.
