Added Xtandi to chemo between cycles 4&5 when PSA started to climb. Three weeks later on both, 25% drop in PSA. They work well together. So answer is "YES".

Good luck with new treatments, they worked for me.

It is my understanding that chemo can reinvigorate Xtandi when it begins to fail. My MO mentioned that this is a possible "next play" if/when that time comes.

Good Tuesday Morning pinejogave,

I took Xtandi back in 2015-16 for about 12 months until it failed. Chemo with Docetaxel/Carboplatin in late 2017 and rechallenge with Xtandi in 2018 and it is again working!

Did not have concurrent with chemo.

Best wishes. Never Give In.

My husband was doing both cabizitaxel and xtandi for 10 months and it knocked him back with fatigue and little more nausea but it brought his psa down and scans show stable.
