I’m losing my oncologist whom I greatly respect in July just when I’m at a crossroad in my treatment. Cancer is now confined to the bladder. Recently switched from zytiga to xandi as psa was rising. Presently 8.5 radiation unavailable because of past treatment. Urogist has removed one tumor. Cystoscope last week shows continued activity but urologist doesn’t believe additional surgery will resolve anything just cause more problems. Will know within 30 days if xandi doing anything or if on to chemo. Starting a weight program to build back some muscle loss So far nausea and fatigue worse with xandi so I hope it’s doing some good shrinking tumors. Wish I didn’t have to start with new oncologist but that’s life.

I feel ya. I lost my specialist also.. I’m on Cruze with good news for now.Hope I can get competent help if needed. You are in a hailstorm ...a real battle to survive.. I pray you to find solace and get some time away from these blasted treatments...the bladder is a sensitive area, hope you get on top of that...APC has many chapters Peace to you...
