I'm sure I've read this on this site before but wanted to mention that exercise is the best way to combat the side effects of Zytiga and Prednisone. I have not had much of a problem with the side effects from Lupron and Xgeva but the Zytiga+Prednisone treatment has been making me very tired and also making it very difficult to concentrate. I found that if I get my body moving as soon as I start to feel the side effects, then I can eliminate them almost entirely. Either weight lifting or an aggressive walk allows me to think more clearly and I don't feel as tired.

I'm on the exact medication no side effects other than hot flashes which are tolerable and hungry from the Prednisone. I walk my dog four times a day and u feel better then I have in years. My thoughts are clear and my additude is positive that is the best outlook fighting this. Best of luck. Leo
