I'm not sure how we could do a shared document, You might try doing a search for abbreviations do you don't understand as there are sooooo many. But here is start for you:
PC - Prostate Cancer
cRPC - Castrate Resistant Prostate Cancer
mcRPC - Metastatic Castrate Resistant Prostate Cancer
RP - Radical Prostatectamy
ADT - Androgen Deprivation Therapy
HT - Hormone Therapy (same as ADT)
PSA - Prostate Specific Antigen
G - Gleason Score
T - Testosterone Level
GP - General Practitioner
CT, PET, PSMA - Various types of imaging

It is a good reminder to me when I write an article to use the full name AND its abbreviation the first time I mention it. Some authors put a list of the abbreviations used at the end of the article, which is a nice practice. I hope over time the terminology will become more familiar to you - it aids communication to talk to doctors in their own language. In the meantime, feel free to ask.
