PSA is pretty high. Have you had chemo or hormone therapy?

Is 'Atezolizumab' a trial? I have not heard of it before.

Hello and welcome to the group. I am not sure what you mean by ANOSOTHERAPY ATEZOLIZUNAB. Do you have lung cancer?

In any case with your PSA so high you need to get it checked for prostate cancer. The first thing to do is have a biopsy. The sooner the better. Depending on the results you should also get s bone and CT scan to see if it has spread.

Once again, welcome to the group! You are now part of our family. We are all pulling and praying for you, especially if you are also fighting lung cancer. In any case we are with you. After all, people like us we have to stick together!

Atezolizumab (Tecentriq) is an immunotherapy. It blocks a protein on cancer cells called PD-L1 that keeps the immune system from attacking it. It is unknown whether it works on prostate cancer, and is in clinical trials. It is also uncertain that PSA is a good indicator to show if it is effective. With another immunotherapy, Provenge, PSA is often not reduced at all, yet it prolongs life.
