Thanks ! Hopefully on this ship I won’t have to load any bombs.

The bombs are already on board and inside. .It’s like whack -a-mole. Something pops it ugly head up, and we attempt to knock it out.. Your head is squarely on your shoulders. You’ve been at this for awhile. Peace and better health after you whack - the -the moles down again another time. Which you will .We don’t want to feed the “Rats” .We can be like Bill Murray in Caddyshak. Anything to kill the Varments on our golf course. It’s us or them .

Gleason was 7. Original psa was 27 when my adventure began. After surgery it was 0.3 and began to climb. Did 40 radiation treatments and started Lupron. Went undetectable for a couple of years. Started climbing to 7 and started casodex , then zytiga, xtandi. Psa went to 5 while taking xtandi and then prior to first chemo it was 10.

I still have a somewhat pulverized small prostate .I’m told. As I’ve read these pages for several

Months now I see your exact cituation more common than not. There are many many in your shoes. Another chapter in survival that you must write. Those seven years from my perspective where a blessing. The nature of APC is A tenasious S.O.B. Keep strong ..

Glad you have joined us here. Your experience with treatments will come in handy when other warriors, especially the ones that recently joined, have questions. You may be the old sage on oral treatments. As you know we are all brothers and sisters here. For people like us we have to stick together!
